It's Room Naples

We couldn’t have chosen a better place for our stay in Naples! The accommodation is beautifully designed, modern, and comfortable—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. The location is ideal, close to everything yet in a quiet and safe area. But what truly made the difference was the hospitality: the host and the team are absolutely wonderful, always available and ready to share great tips on where to eat, what to visit, and how to experience Naples like a local. We felt at home from the very first moment and will definitely be back!

Francesco was amazingly friendly, helpful, efficient and professional. His level of communication was fantastic and he really strives to make guests as happy as possible. The facility was immaculately clean and the welcome snack basket was such a lovely and much appreciated touch. The location is 10/10!! Everything you need at your doorstep.

Quiet, beautiful refuge in the bustling streets of Naples historic center. The room was very clean, which we loved. The air-conditioning was a dream in the sweltering Naples summertime. We were so cool, we used the duvet in the closet, which was wonderfully soft. One of the best parts was the property manager who was at our beck and call for every question and concern. We were so comfortable for our one night stay (to catch a plane at 6AM) that we ended up asking him for delivery options as we ayes to stay in. He was quick to reply. We so appreciated him! Thank you, Francesco!! Our stay was excellent!

The location is great for those who want to be in the mix of historical center. Vibrant, active, and busy street life right around the corner. Loved the proximity to the various underground aqueducts/tours, shopping, food, tourist shops, and nightlife. Beds were very comfortable and rooms were good size. We liked the mini bar had complimentary items and good coffee. Communication with Francesco was excellent and prompt.

We traveled with our older 2 children. They thought their bed was a bit hard. My husband and I thought our bed was ok. Nice touch with water and snacks left for us upon arrival. They accommodated us to store our luggage upon arrival and am of departure. Everything was clean, our bathroom was a little small, and the elder children had a larger room and thus larger bathroom. Overall, I would recommend this place to travelers!
